Taking a ride on a tornado......

Holy Cow.....I can not believe how long it has been for me to actually have time to sit down and post.....I promise there won't be this many days in between posts....well I guess I can not promise too much since Friday we head out of P-Town......Finally Texas Bound.....I can not remember if the motels we are staying at have Internet....oh well I will have ours set up at the new house the day we get there.....I feel like I am on fast forward with everything that has been going on....I still think my head is spinning and to top it off I feel like I have been in a funk lately....and maybe even a little moody.....hmmmm, anyway we have been super busy getting everything ready for the move....WHO knew how much crap we have unpacked since staying at Nana & Grandpa's.....after packing most of the week & weekend....(Only taking out time to watch the Cougs win the Apple Cup!! )......We are almost done all we have left to pack are beds, some toys, bathroom stuff, and some laundry.....Phew!! And not to mention the fact that I have been working my little but off for WSU....(By Choice, I so love my job).....I am making sure I get all my hours done....as I know Shawn and I will need my checks to stay up where they are with Christmas coming and of course interior decorating......Love it.. I know one thing.....I can not wait to change out all the brass in the new house....I just can not stand brass fixtures, door nobs, ceiling fans, hinges.....UGH gross.....(Sorry to all those that love brass).....

So Thanksgiving was good.....it was quiet and small, just us girls, Nana & Grandpa.....Boy were we missing daddy....it was our first holiday apart in the 6 years we have been married (Let alone the 8+ years we have been together)....and man did it SUCK not being together, probably more for Shawn being without all his girls....But Nana and Grandpa were great and made it enjoyable....Thanks Nana and Grandpa!.......Lets just say we will not spend another holiday apart if we can help it...Here are some Turkey day pics......

Helping Grandpa get the Turkey Ready...
Putting the Bird on the BBQ....

I am pleased to tell you that the girls appear to finally be over their monster long colds.....Geesh....it seemed like a month long, they would get better for a day or two and then be sick again......So glad to not have to be wiping nasty noses and reminding my kids to cover their mouth when coughing.....ahhh I am sure they are glad that they are finally over it too.....Well I am off to get to work.....YES, there is always something for me to do these days.....one day (Maybe January) I will be able to slow down....I leave you with some funny pics of the girls....

So I figured out (Thanks Molly!!) that Lila only likes to eat if she can feed herself.....Very happy here eating some Cheerios....Yummy.....
Kiara making her new 'Famous' funny Face
