U.S. Open, anyone????

Today has been pretty great.....Lila stayed on schedule....(Yeah)....waking up around 5.40am-ish...bright eyed and ready to eat.....after that I was off and running....took DB....she has lost her right to run with me....she just doesn't enjoy it......I think its because my run is faster then her walk but way slower then her run.....and so I think the pace just doesn't work for her....she would rather run full board or walk.....So from tomorrow on I will be solo running and then I will probably come back to the house and take DB for a walk up the hill.....

Most of the rest of the day was spent watching the U.S. Open (Golf for those who don't watch)....I have to admit I have never been much of a golf watcher or a golfer for that matter.....but I can appreciate watching it in HD....it did make me want to go out hit a bucket of balls......maybe Shawn and I will take G-Dad out this week......we shall see.....I think I could get addicted to golf......and what a great way to whack out your frustration.....

Tonight we met up with Joe, Victoria and Kieren for dinner....Nothing better then some Mongolian BBQ with family......we went to a place in Bellevue.....no frills decor......but it was good.....the hole-in-the-walls usually are.....and the kids had a great time....here are a few pics......the girls are really into wearing their sunglasses....
